Today was a GREAT day in 5th GT! We continued to explore the perfection of the CIRCLE and learned its significance in many cultures and nature. We also played a great brain game called SET and began making our MANDALAS (which means circle in Sanskrit). Our Mandalas show great detail and radial symmetry. We will continue working on them next week!

Second grade greatness - In GT today we wrote a class contract and learned about our THINKING HATS. Each hat helps us to look at a challenge from a different point of view. Today, we are using our hats to invent a machine that will either help people to have the super power of MIND READING or a machine that will GUARD AGAINST the power of MIND READING! We will need a lot of hat power for this challenge! Luckily, there are many thinking hats!
