Second grade is studying the story and structure of language in GT. Today we were archaeologists on a mission to find and decipher petroglyphs! We learned a lot about why and when people of the past created cave stories!
1st grade GT is learning to use all their thinking hats to solve problems!
5th grade GT is debating the value of shapes in our world. Today was so much fun as we studied engineering and the power of triangles!
Long division is hard! Add decimals to the mix and becomes even more confusing, BUT not for these 5th graders! Love how Eureka uses PV chart to divide! A great visual to help students understand HOW and WHY the traditional algorithm works! #RaiseTheRidge
