Today we celebrated the retirement of BRHS head softball coach and technology specialist Charles Deckard. Coach Deckard has coached for over 30 years and has been the head coach at BRHS for the last 8 years. Coach Deckard has left an unforgettable mark on our athletes, school, and community. His dedication, leadership, and passion for the game have shaped not just great players but great people. Blue Ridge ISD will be providing free breakfast and lunch to all children 18 and under this summer. Meals will be served at the Elementary Cafeteria located at 10944 CR 504. Breakfast will be from 7:30-9:00, and lunch will be from 11:00-12:30.
As we near the end of the school year, please take a moment to check and pay any outstanding cafeteria balances. Keeping accounts up to date helps us continue providing healthy meals to all students.

At tonight’s school board meeting Coach Winslow and Coach Fielden celebrated the success of the track program this year with the Board of Trustees. The coaches shared how hard each athlete worked to improve each week and celebrated both teams for advancing to the regional competition.
