Blue Ridge Independent School District is a growing district, approximately 30 miles northeast of Plano and 20 miles from McKinney. We educate over 950 students in Pre-K- 12th grade with approximately 140 employees. We consider Blue Ridge ISD to be a "destination" district. • Pays $310 per month toward employee health insurance

• Provides a $50,000 accidental life insurance policy

• Provides both an annual new hire & returning teacher stipend and a fall stipend

• Provides 5 (five) local days of personal leave in addition to 5 ( five) days provided by the state
