The Rockyard's 4th Annual Back Our Teachers Fundraiser in June was a great success, raising $78k for the teachers of 7 local elementary schools.
Each of the seven schools received $11,150.
We are so grateful for the Pannkuk families for their hard work, dedication, and support of the community.
We are also thankful for the incredible support of the local community members and businesses. Their generosity is such a blessing.

Today we celebrated Mr. Wood, our BRISD Elementary Teacher of the Year, at the Region 10 Luncheon. BRE is definitely blessed with one of the best!

Third grade Summer Camp Readers worked with integrity last week and had some fun too! Their Animal Habitat brochures were filled with facts, great writing, and text features!
Third grade learned about animal habitats week 1 of 3-5 Reading summer school! On Wednesday they enjoyed digging for facts in informational text and telling about them in complete sentences while they played Hot Potato!
K-2 Reading Summer School, week 1 is complete! Students researched animal habitats, and practiced blending and decoding words along with writing sentences.
