Grade 2 GT students have a word for the day. PRACTICE. We practiced creating stable structures that we can use to build a cave. We also practiced making items to scale while building models of caves. We hope all of the practice leads to a successful CAVE BUILDING event in the next few weeks!

BRE is starting another Attendance Incentive. We will be celebrating weekly attendance starting next Tuesday, November 5th. Weekly prizes will be handed out to those students who are here all week long! This incentive will extend through December until Winter Break.

Tonight, the BRMS and JV Football teams will play Gunter at home, and BRES is hosting a Trunk or Treat event. Parking for the football games will be in the BRMS and CTE parking lots. Parking for the BRES Trunk or Treat will be in the side elementary lot and the high school student parking lot. Please see the attached map. Mrs. Lopez's class is using alphabet arcs to reinforce the alphabetic principle, improve letter and sound recognition, as well as build grade level words. We are building phonics super stars at BRE! #RaiseTheRidge

Mrs. Davis's PreK class is having a blast using shaving cream to practice writing letters. Some students even went above and beyond and wrote their names! #RaiseThe Ridge
