This is a once-in-a-lifetime event for our students and we are excited for them to participate in this educational event.
BRISD will be providing NASA-approved solar eclipse glasses for all students PK-12 to allow them to safely experience this event. Campus and district staff have also developed plans to make this experience safe, educational, and fun. Weather permitting, students will join their classmates and teacher outside to view the eclipse using NASA-approved eclipse glasses. A safety video regarding the eclipse and eclipse glasses can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxrLRbkOwKs. All students will watch this video before the Eclipse.
