Blue Ridge ISD is pleased to share the August 2026 Bond 2025 Monthly Update, providing the community with another look at the progress being made on projects approved through the 2025 School Bond.
As work continues across the district, these monthly updates are designed to show both the financial side of the bond program and the visible progress taking place on individual projects. The August report shows total Bond 2025 expenditures of $7,175,145, including more than $3.5 million invested to date in the new intermediate school campus.

Featured Project: Blue Ridge Intermediate School Construction Progress
Construction at the future Blue Ridge Intermediate School continues to move forward, with the site beginning to show more visible signs of the campus that will eventually take shape there.
Installation of site utilities appears to be largely complete, while crews are re-rough grading areas for future parking lots and driveways. Work on the building foundation is also progressing, with formwork and reinforcing underway for grade beams in Areas A and B. Excavation for additional grade beams continues in Area B.
While much of this stage of construction takes place below ground, this foundational work is critical to preparing the site for the next phases of the project. The progress photos included on page two of this month’s update provide a closer look at the grading, utility, excavation, and reinforcing work currently taking place.
The district’s project timeline continues to show intermediate school construction underway through the 2026-27 school year, with completion currently planned for summer 2027.
