Featured Project: Blue Ridge Intermediate School Groundbreaking
This month’s featured project is the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Blue Ridge Intermediate School campus, held on May 18, 2026. The event marked a special moment for Blue Ridge ISD and for the community as a whole, celebrating the beginning of a project that will have a lasting impact on students, staff, and families. With the design phase complete, our team now moves into the construction phase immediately. Completion of the intermediate school is projected for late summer 2027.
The ceremony included students, members of the Board of Trustees, the BRISD administrative team, and representatives from WRA Architects and Gallagher Construction. Their participation reflected the strong collaboration and shared commitment that continue to move this project forward. Photos from the event capture both the excitement of the day and the significance of reaching this major Bond 2025 milestone, while the campus rendering offers a look ahead at what is to come.
