Today is School Lunch Hero Day! We are so grateful for the amazing women who ensure that every child in BRISD has the opportunity to have a nutritious meal each day. You are our heroes!

Schedule Update! Due to the high chance of rain this afternoon, our Middle School Powder Puff Game has been rescheduled to May 19th!

Happy School Principal Day to Mr. T! Since Mr. Tamplen joined our campus, he has brought nothing but positive support and strong leadership. Whether it's greeting students each morning with a smile or stepping in to assist staff, he always goes the extra mile to help wherever he is needed. We are so grateful for the impact he has made in our school.

Tomorrow is our LAST day of STAAR testing for 6th–8th graders! We are so proud of all the hard work our students have put in! Make sure your Chromebook is fully charged. Get a good night's sleep. Eat a nutritious breakfast in the morning! Let's finish strong!

Recently both the Blue Ridge Beginner Band and Middle School Bands went to an invitational concert band Contest in Plano. Both bands received a first division, superior rating! This is the first time in four years that both groups received a first division in the same year.

Today is School Bus Driver Appreciation Day! We are so thankful for the men and women to transport our students to and from school each day.
