These second grade researchers are learning about structures this year in GT. Caves have such amazing structures. We saw them in the real world today in our virtual scavenger hunt!





These amazing firsties are such thoughtful engineers, using all their thinking hats to plan a new way to get Cinderella to the ball on time! Next week- we build! Today we explored the wheel and axle and found new ways to make it for our carriage creations!






After 3 weeks of experiments and debates, 5th grade GT has determined that both circles and triangles have an important impact on human daily life. We agree that triangles are more impactful in the world of engineering and circles are more impactful to nature!
We also learned - real learning is MESSY!
