Attendance Resources

Blue Ridge ISD is already preparing for the 2026-2027 school year. We encourage our families to begin planning, as well, by using the district’s school calendar and vacation planning guide.

The vacation planning guide highlights student holidays, extended breaks, and long weekends throughout the upcoming school year. Families are encouraged to consider these dates when scheduling vacations, trips, and routine appointments whenever possible. Planning ahead helps students miss fewer instructional days and supports a strong start to the new school year.

Every school day matters. When students are present, they have more opportunities to learn, build relationships, participate in school activities, and stay connected to their teachers and classmates.

Hard copies of the 2026-2027 vacation planning guide and school calendar are being mailed home with students’ final report cards, and digital copies were also emailed. Families may also visit the district’s attendance webpage for helpful information, reminders, and tips at:

Blue Ridge ISD appreciates the continued partnership of our families as we work together to make every day count for students and continue to Raise the Ridge.
