Blue Ridge Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE.
THIS TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.11 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $13.10.
This rate will decrease Debt Service tax rate from $.414623 to $.40149, 3.17 percent. On a $100,000 home, the taxes will decrease approximately $13.13.

Blue Ridge ISD offers career and technical education programs from the 16 nationally established career cluster areas. Admission to these programs is based on interest in subject, aptitude, required prerequisites and course availability.
