Public Information Requests
In accordance with policies GBA and GBAA and the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA), Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code, The Blue Ridge Independent School District makes all of its public records available to citizens. A written request should reasonably identify the records needed and should indicate a mailing address, phone number, or other means to contact you regarding your request.
The TPIA does not require governmental bodies to create new information, perform legal research, or to answer questions. The request must ask for information already in existence. Please be advised that there may be a charge for the requested information.
