Hello Blue Ridge Tiger families!  My name is Anna Miller. This will be my 18th year teaching and my 3rd year as a Blue Ridge Tiger.  I am a graduate of Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas.  I earned my bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

The last 10 years I have been helping students of other languages learn English.  It is very rewarding  to teach  Newcomers to the U.S. how to read, write, and speak in English.  Also, I am a support teacher for those students who need a little extra help in learning and mastering the  English language.  

I love spending time with my family and friends.  I love to travel, spend time outdoors, and read.  

I'm excited that you are here and looking forward to a fabulous school year.
